CONFLICT FREE SOURCING
We are mindful of its civic duties and obligations. We choose the materials that go into our products with considerable care. We employ zinc, brass, and aluminium instead of polyester and delrin in our products since we create a range of zippers.
We make assured that none of our products include 3T+G (Titanium, Tin, Tungsten, and Gold) as a socially responsible firm (CONFLICT MINERALS). It's possible that these metals are contaminants in the ore if we find evidence of them in our goods. To ensure that none of these metals are utilised, we train our vendors and undertake supply chain checks.
WATER TREATMENT / WASTE MANAGEMENT
We live in a city where clean water is considered a luxury. We provide appropriate treatment and management of waste water to the best of our knowledge as a socially responsible organisation.
Ziptech Industries is located in a government-approved industrial area with waste water treatment at a Common Effluent Treatment Plant. Any waste water generated by the unit is processed in the company's proprietary Effluent Treatment Plant before being discharged into the sewage system.
CHILD LABOUR AND FORCED LABOUR PROHIBITED
Child labour is strictly prohibited in the Ziptech Industries. We have extremely strict appointment policies in place. The age requirement for recruiting is 18 years old.
This is demonstrated by numerous papers produced by our personnel, such as school records, adhaar cards, voter id cards, or a medical officer's certificate. Ziptech Industries believes that efficiency, production, and quality are all directly connected to a happy workforce. Forced labour is strictly prohibited, and we promote a self-motivating work atmosphere.

Ziptech Industries ensures that its employees have a healthy and safe working environment. We give specialised training and education in this area, which is overseen by top management.
