At Ziptech Industries, we are deeply committed to ethical sourcing and take our social and environmental responsibilities seriously. We carefully select the raw materials used in our zippers to ensure they align with our values of transparency, accountability, and sustainability.
As part of our commitment, we do not use conflict minerals, including 3T+G (Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum, and Gold), in our manufacturing processes. These materials are often linked to funding violence and unethical labor practices in conflict-affected regions. If trace elements of these minerals are ever detected, they are considered unintentional contaminants.
We live in a city where clean water is considered a luxury. We provide appropriate treatment and management of waste water to the best of our knowledge as a socially responsible organisation.
Ziptech Industries is located in a government-approved industrial area with waste water treatment at a Common Effluent Treatment Plant. Any waste water generated by the unit is processed in the company's proprietary Effluent Treatment Plant before being discharged into the sewage system.
At Ziptech Industries, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against child labour and forced labour in all areas of our operations.
We follow rigorous hiring standards, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years for all employees. Each team member must provide valid age-verifying documents, such as school certificates, Aadhaar cards, voter ID, or an official medical certificate issued by a certified authority.
At Ziptech Industries, we are dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, and secure working environment for all our employees. Our workplace practices are guided by industry best standards and are actively monitored by our leadership team.
We invest in specialized health and safety training, ensuring that every team member is well-informed and equipped to maintain a hazard-free environment. Our training programs are regularly updated and supervised by senior management to reflect the latest safety protocols.
